Customers are sometimes in a hurry, frustrated or confused.  In these days of COVID-19, they are also stressed beyond normal.  The problem is, you may be as well.  How can we respond to customers who are discharging some of their stress onto us?  In this seminar, we will look at the mindset and skills that can be helpful in this unusually difficult customer service environment.
